November Media Publishing to Hold a Literacy Drive and Meet-and-Greet with New Authors

(Chicago, IL, October 16, 2017) – With November just around the corner, wordsmiths and fiction lovers can look forward to new characters, plots, and streams of inspiration. To start off on a big note, the publishing platform for new voices, November Media Publishing, is holding a Meet-and-Greet event to introduce its authors and brand to the Chicagoland community.

The Meet-and-Greet by November Media will introduce its newly published authors as well as promote a literacy program in Chicago. The publishing house is known for encouraging new publishing models such as hybrid publishing and making it easier for new writers to get published.

“November Media Publishing is thankful for a successful launch year, and we would like to celebrate by giving back to the community,” says Tiheasha Beasley, Publisher and CEO.

November Media has gained popularity for promoting authors whose ideas inspire, encourage, and empower. Among these is Debra Lynn Hodges-Williamson, whom was recently invited to attend the 2017 Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference, for her debut book, God-Sized Dreams: The Story of a Little Black Girl From The South Side of Chicago.

“At November Media Publishing, we help authors publish their unique stories and messages through industry-standard books,” says Tiheasha.

Some of the recent works by November Media reveal the positive new shape taken by the world of fiction and non-fiction. Julius Van Hook has encouraged readers to leave toxic relationships behind with dignity with his book, Do It with Dignity: A 30-Day Guide to Help You Let Go of Things and People That Hold You Back. April Henderson has penned A Letter To You, inspired by her struggles with coming to terms with losing her brother when she was sixteen.

Among other recent writers promoted by November Media is Cheryl Fonteh, who has published She Will Rise Again. Cheryl has been writing since she was young and has felt the lack of many African-American writers. Shana Stuckey is another star writer, who has inspired readers to get out of the rut with Get UNStuck.
